I’m back from The Bahamas & had the best time ever!! I’m already dreaming about visiting again. Now that I’m back and trying to recover from the delicious food on the island, I’ve been looking into some local workout classes that I’ve tried before or am wanting to try. Keep reading for some Seattle workout classes to try!!
1. Soul Cycle
I’m a huge lover of Soul Cycle! I used to go multiple times a week, but it got pretty expensive so I don’t go as often anymore. I really wish they had a membership option instead of buy-as-you-go because it does get pricy, but it’s so much fun and feels like a dance party on a bike!
I tried Coreo out when it first opened and had a blast! They have one location in downtown Seattle, and it’s the only bungee workout in the West Coast. The entire workout is so much fun & I was SO sore the next day.
I’ve done Orange Theory a handful of times and it’s a fantastic workout. It’s an hour long and you do running, rowing, and abs/arms/etc. A great workout!
4. Barre 3
I haven’t tried Barre 3, but they have multiple locations in the greater Seattle area and I’m dying to try it. A few of my friends have tried it and said it’s way harder than you would think, but a great way to workout and get toned.
Barry’s is supposedly the “best workout in the world” and looks so hard! It’s new to Seattle and a workout I’ve been wanting to try lately but am honestly so scared!!!
